This map is what RhodeMap RI planners see as the areas of Rhode Island that do not fit the statistical and politically correct image of a proper mix of business use, residential use, and high density living.   They assume a threat to nature by way of the "sprawling" nature of single family homes and want to correct this "problem" by forcing people into growth centers.
